1. Conditions of Sale
- Tickets are issued by Spectra Recreation LLP (“Spectra Museum”) and governed by these terms.
- Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket purchased from Spectra’s authorized channels.
- All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
- Each ticket is valid only for the specified date and time slot.
- Spectra reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor violating rules or causing disruption.
- Tickets cannot be used for resale, barter, or promotion without Spectra’s written permission.
2. Refund / Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once payment is completed.
- No refund is issued for no-shows, partial attendance, or missed time slots.
- If Spectra cancels or reschedules a session for operational reasons, guests may be offered an alternate date or a voucher of equivalent value.
- Partial closures of installations do not qualify for compensation.
3. Individual Access - Child or Adult
- Child/Adult Ticket: Ages 2 and above.
- Infants below 2 years enter free but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Tickets provide a single entry per person for one session (approx. 60–90 minutes).
4. VIP - Individual Access - Child or Adult
Upgrade to an elevated journey through Spectra.
VIP Access Includes:
- Admission & priority entry via dedicated lane
- 2-hour guided tour with a personal VIP host
- Complimentary refreshments & snacks upon arrival
- VIP lanyard and farewell gift
- 20% discount on all merchandise
- Access to all rooms and installations
- Recommended duration: 60–90 minutes
Terms:
- One guest per VIP ticket (adult or child).
- VIP tickets are strictly personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
- All general ticket terms apply equally to VIP guests.
