Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
All ticket purchases made for Spectra Museum experiences – including General, VIP, or Group tours – are non-refundable once confirmed.

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • The museum is closed due to unforeseen circumstances (maintenance, safety issues, or government restrictions).
  • The scheduled experience or event is cancelled by the Spectra management.
  • A duplicate transaction was made accidentally through the same payment mode.
Refund Process
In eligible cases:
  • Guests must email info@spectramuseum.com with their booking ID, transaction details, and reason for refund.
  • The refund request will be verified and processed within 7–10 working days.
  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment source only.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Personal schedule changes, no-shows, or late arrivals.
  • Partial use of a package or ticket.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations after the tour.
Special Cases
In case of medical emergencies or travel disruptions, management may, at its discretion, offer a rescheduling option instead of a refund.
