ENTRY TERMS
1. General
By entering Spectra Museum, you agree to follow all safety guidelines, signage, and staff instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
2. Definitions
  • “Spectra” means Spectra Museum operated by Spectra Recreation LLP.
  • “Guest” or “Visitor” means any person entering the premises.
  • “Experience” means any interactive installation or digital exhibit within Spectra.
  • “Ticket” refers to a valid entry pass purchased through Spectra’s official booking channels.
3. Tickets
  • Each ticket allows one-time entry during the booked time slot.
  • Late arrivals may shorten visit duration; refunds will not apply.
  • Spectra may adjust ticket categories or pricing without notice.
  • Damaged or lost tickets cannot be reissued.
4. Enjoying Our Experiences
  • Treat all installations gently and follow posted instructions.
  • Food, drinks, and smoking are prohibited inside exhibition areas.
  • Maintain a respectful noise level to preserve the ambiance.
  • Running, jumping, or tampering with equipment may result in removal from the premises.
5. FacePass and Contactless Services
  • Spectra may use Wristbands or similar biometric systems for contactless entry.
  • By using these systems, visitors consent to the collection and use of limited data for security and access purposes, per the Privacy Policy.
6. Closures and Unavailability
  • Certain rooms or installations may close temporarily for maintenance or private events.
  • Spectra will attempt to inform guests in advance, but no refunds are issued for partial closures.
7. Attractioning
  • Some experiences include flashing lights, strobe effects, and loud sounds.
  • Guests with light or sound sensitivities should exercise caution.
  • Spectra is not liable for health-related discomfort arising from participation.
8. Photography and Filming
  • Personal photography and short videos are welcome for private use.
  • Commercial shoots, tripods, or drones require prior written approval.
  • White color cloths are more suitable for photography purpose
  • By entering, you consent to Spectra capturing your image for marketing or archival use.
9. Liability
  • Entry to Spectra Museum is at your own risk.
  • Spectra is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or property damage unless due to proven negligence.
  • Visitors must secure their belongings at all times.
